About Us

  SLG Staffing, LLC seeks to build and grow a portfolio of businesses in employment, staffing and recruiting operations throughout the country. The company currently owns and operates four Snelling Staffing Services franchises in the Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions and a HireQuest Direct office in the Southwest.  With a history of acquiring under-performing assets and infusing its proven management approach for renewed successes, SLG Staffing is currently seeking additional assets for acquisition.  

SLG Staffing is a wholly owned subsidiary of SLG Investment Holdings, LLC.

  Ms. Gordon, the author of Female Entrepreneurship is Not a Myth - Women Building Businesses for Greater Wealth, created SLG Staffing to develop and acquire staffing and recruiting operations nationwide. In 2019 she made her first staffing operations acquisition when she purchased a LINK Staffing franchise (now Snelling Staffing Services) in Greenville, SC.  SLG Staffing is a subsidiary business of SLG Investment Holdings, LLC a company she founded to make opportunistic business and real estate investments across the country. Recognizing the tremendous opportunity for economic growth and expansion of a diverse portfolio of companies and properties, Ms. Gordon seeks out current cash-flowing small business operations along with select turn-around opportunities. At any time, she and SLG have numerous companies and other properties in active due diligence. 

  Ms. Eron currently serves as Vice President of Operations for SLG Staffing and On-Site Branch Manager of the Greenville, SC SLG owned SNELLING Staffing Services (formerly LINK Staffing).  In her role she directly oversees operations of the Greenville, SC SNELLING office and remotely supervises the Norfolk, VA, Baton Rouge, LA, Lexington, KY and Tulsa, OK locations. Additionally she assists in corporate operations and management for SLG Staffing.  Ms. Eron brings a strong sales, marketing and administrative background to her role with the Company and is working directly with the Executive Team to build and grow the portfolio of agency locations, with several currently in underwriting for potential acquisition and launch in 2022-23. 

In 2019 SLG Staffing acquired the Greenville, South Carolina based LINK Staffing office of Upstate, SC.  LINK Staffing's mission is to connect high quality job seekers with opportunities in growing companies, serving candidates and business leaders in a variety of industries. It is a leading agency for those within the skilled trades and the light industrial industry, as well as in connecting job seekers with roles in accounting, finance, IT and administrative support roles.  The Greenville LINK Staffing office has been providing its staffing, recruiting and consultative services in the Upstate since 2003.  In March 2021 LINK Staffing was acquired by HireQuest Inc. (sym: HQI) and LINK Staffing of the Upstate was rebranded SNELLING Staffing Services of the Upstate (SNELLING Staffing Services is a division of HireQuest Inc.).
